Skye
The Isle of Skye is one of the most beautiful places in Scotland. It’s a shame then that many visitors on leave with memories of the misty weather. In this gallery you can see our images from Skye (taken in both good and bad weather). It’s a place we return to often, drawn both by family connections and the promise of fantastic scenery. I’ll never tire of visiting Elgol nor capturing images of the impressive Cuillin.
Skye has two ranges of Cuillin, Red and Black. The Red Cuillin such as Marso can been seen to turn a warm red in evenings due to the setting sun, lighting the scree rock on their slopes. Find out more about the Cuillin at Wikipedia
